The PTO will be partnering with The Chiron Project LLC for a parent workshop series.

On June 10th (7PM - 8PM), Shepherd ES PTO will host a virtual workshop (Zoom Link) designed for all families - whether you are having conversations about social identity for the first time or supporting a child emotionally impacted by experiences related to bias or discrimination.

Together, we will explore age-appropriate strategies for discussing identity, bias, and discrimination. This includes ways to respond to children's questions and concerns, as well as approaches for supporting their well-being, sense of belonging, and personal agency. 

This session will be facilitated by Robyn Harper, an independent consultant and bias response specialist. Submit your anonymous questions in advance using this form. Your submissions will help ensure our conversation reflects the real experiences, concerns, and needs of participating families.
